Sup guys,

Lately my car has been acting weird. The SR idles fine when I start her up and when it is warmed up. But whenever I drive and I take the car out of gear and put her in neutral sometimes the rpms would drop below 500rpms and almost die. It would do that and then jolt back up to the normal +-1000 rpms. Also when this happens it feels like there is a power loss if I do hard acceleration.

I have searched and will clean the IACV and MAFS with TB cleaner. I know I can spray the cleaner in the bigger hose connected to the intake piping on the KA but which one would it be on the SR? I have one of the hoses connected to the FMIC cold pipe and the other that's tee'd off to the bov and bc solenoid. If someone can pin point which hose that would be great.

if your bov is not recirculated it will do that.

you sure you don't have a automatic ECU?

My SR was automatic, but I ditched the ECU for the JWT ECU. Not sure if that makes a difference as far as the timing/higher idle to compensate with automatics?
