BRIDE FG Seat Rails (Like new see pictures) - $160. Local pickup preferred. buyer pay shipping. I am located at 91744, Cali.

All hardware included (hardware are brand new still seal in original package). I swapped my seat to my MR2 so I got a new set of rails and I used my old hardware instead of opening the new ones. Manual is also included with the box too :)

I used it for my S13, but it looks like it fit S14 too.

Actually FG rails is the lowest seating position rails Bride offer. By the way these are for bucket side mounted seat only. Search the forums, there are many threads about these seat rails and how low they position the seat.
