I put in my SR and had to much power for the stock clutch. I busted all the rivets the clutch.
So I ordered a new clutch and am ready to put the new clutch on but I have no clue how to remove the pilot bushing.

Should I replace the pilot bushing with the new one I have or just keep the old one in there and use that?

Replace it always. Its not worth hearing it whirl right after you put in the new clutch. THat is just a headache. Do something that might take you 30 minutes than totally dropping the tranny again.

you need to goto your local parts store and ask them for a pilot bearing remover and it just slips in you tighten it down then yank it out

While your at it, replace the clutch slave. I didnt when I changed my clutch, and only got another 4000 miles with it. You should probably change it anytime you change your clutch anyhow. I think its only like 15 bucks at auto zone.

Yes, and replace your rear main seal while you're there as well, it is just not worth the time wasted IF you happen to have to go back in and do it in a month, I promise

MA needle bearing is cheap and works great - just do it!
