Sorry if this has been covered, but when I searched for NRG coilovers, all I found were for sale threads.
How are the coilovers? Any personal experience? How do they compare to other options?
Basically, if you have any input on them, good or bad, post it here.
Thanks!

My brother has a set on his 97 eclipse. When the DSM guy put them in before, he set the car too low, and now there are 2 good size upward dents in the hood. But before he gave the car to my little brother, I saw it run and it ran good (turbo 420A, but thats besides the point). It doesnt look half bad. He said they were ok... And as far as the dents, maybe thats just DSMs, maybe its a warning not to lower the car too low without checking unexpected clearance issues.
(EDIT) Now that I think about it, they might be KYB coilovers... But im pretty sure theyre NRG...(edit)

nrg coilovers are about the same as megan coilovers....not the best, i wouldnt put them on my car, but if you just want to make your car low and have the adjust ability to change ride height they'll do. albeit, i've talked to guys at nrg and i have to say they are nice people and do their best to explain their product, i will give them that. that's my own personal thought, from researching those coilovers when i was in the market for some.

I had Megan's on my old S14 and they were the first coilovers I ever owned, so I liked them. On my current S13, i have KTS and they ride 100X better than Megan's. Only thing is, they don't seem to go as low in the front.

A member here had them. They suck balls. Driving around felt like the car was going to bounce of the road. If you get them. Don't tell anyone you actually have them on the car. Id rather rock shocks and springs then those.
