I recently pulled my engine and stuck a new oil pan and lightweight flywheel on, stuck it back in and have been plagued with electrical issues since.
At the moment there is ignition to all 4, air to all 4, timing is correct, and injectors seem to be all clicking, but it only runs on two(1 and 4) cylinders. We've checked continuity from pin 103 to cylinder #3 and pin 110 to cylinder #2, and further, with now apparent issues. We also checked ecu backup power for continuity with injectors, and it was fine.
Also, the ecu works in another car, and fuel rail/injectors have been swapped, as have spark plugs.
My friend and I are at this point are at a loss, if you have any experience with something similar, or have any suggestions, please contribute.
Its in a s13, btw.

try switching the #3 and 2 injectors with the 1st and 4th... Maybe theyre clicking, but no fuel is getting through... Might be time to buy some new injectors maybe.

possibly an igniter problem

Read, this problem has been repeated with a whole new set of injectors in a different fuel rail.
As for the ignitor, I am getting spark at all plugs.

Did you by any chance "flip" your cap and rotor? Yes you could be getting spark but to the right wire at right time?
1, 3, 2, 4, rinse repeat

Lol
You mean, 1-3-4-2.
Watch what you post; wrong tech info can be dangerous.

my bad that didnt quite click with me it was a long day. Maybe theres a short somewhere. Have you changed the spark plug wires? Maybe theyre grounding somewhere. Then again you prolly would have noticed that... I cant think about what it could be. sorry.

When you installed oil pan and flywheel, you had to remove wiring to tranny, nothing that could alter the motor's performance to my knowledge sept for the revolution sensor. afaik, the only "limp modes" affect fuel delivery, while in automatics, disable the solenoids to run in 3rd.
no codes, spark plug wires? Dizzy Cap?

do you have copy of FSM, check out the section that discusses the distributor. You will see your condenser, transistor, resistor, plugs, ignition key, and power.
we know your cylinders are fine, or else motor would seize. IT seems highly unlikely your timing could be that far off.
this leaves us with the fuel pump, and distributor. Highly unlikely it's the fuel pump as you have the other cylinders working.

Riiight.
I'll post again here in a bit once I try a few tricks my friends have suggested.
