View Full Version : Blitz intercooler owners, please click!!!

I'm thinking of buying this intercooler from this guy. He says that it's a Blitz, though I haven't seen it in person yet. He also told me, that on the top of the IC, it says JDM Sports. Now, can anyone confirm, that Blitz IC's, say that on top? Or, is this just some pos wannabe blitz knockoff?

Im 90% sure you could find this on google. But im also 90% sure my blitz FMIC says blits on top and bottom of intercooler and also on the piping.


it was also expensive. So if it seems to good to be true...it prolly is. Might be best to post pics in this thread of the IC in question

All blitz parts, say blitz. I have a genuine blitz intercooler ( TYPE LM ) and it has blitz on it.

Car parts, you generally get what you pay for. All knock-off parts are only a bandaid fix. In competitive motorsport i wouldn't use anything that is not genuine.

$150.00 that's why I was like :faint: But yeah, thanks for help, but i'm 100% sure it ain't no Blitz.

$150. haha most likely knockoff.. even most used blitz lm kits with piping and everything go for around 550-600. the intercooler kit is 900new. mine also says blitz on top. i dont remember looking at the bottom.

$150 !! Maybe if it has a hole in it and the piping is wrinkled. I'm thinking "Blitz Style" intercooler. Not a bad price for a brand new knock off tho'.

JDM sport is EBAY!

i used to have a blitz intercooler kit.
then i hit a tree
now i have a JDM sport intercooler with blitz piping.

maybe he has the same set up as me?

let's try using our brains here for a sec. why would Blitz, a Japanese company, whose primary market is Japan, put "JDM Sports" on their parts, instead of their own, well known, brand name? How many japanese buyers would be impressed by the cheesy jdm tag?

Buy authentic if you want authentic Blitz, otherwise if you want JDM Sports buy at the "JDM Sports" price lol
