Question about fuel system part installation

Ok I have a new nismo fpr, with tomei fitting so it'll fit on the stock ka and a 300zx fuel filter along with a walbro 255 fuel pump. Now I know how to install all of these. My question is for measuring the fuel pressure where would I hook the line up to the fuel pressure gauge(under the hood one)? Next question will this part from summit http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=MRG-2975 allow me to run it inline to the fuel line. I'm just going to set it up with it and then take it off. Is 3/8 in the right size for the nissan fuel lines? And where would I hook that up at after the fuel filter or before the fuel filter or after the fpr so confused LoL. Ok well thanks for your help in advance.

you can use that piece from summit. My friend made that into a fpr testing tool by attaching 3/8 hose on it side of it about 4" each side and than install it from the filter to the rail. once your are done setting up the fuel pressure remove the whole hose with fitting and replace with the right hose.
