does anyone have any experience with solid metal tranny mounts? doing some research and came across nismo but its just rubber. the JGS one needs to be modified and i dont understand their 2nd step to make them fit. then some solid metal mounts but i think its going to be too much for DD. Drove around a few cars today with semi solid mounts. Sr with JGS motor mounts and nismo tranny mounts. feels good after you hit over 1300 rpm. some hasport mounts on a honda was similar and my brothers urathane injected stock mounts which were almost the same. I know they got this decent deal on www.mmr-direct.com (http://www.mmr-direct.com) for motor & solid tranny mounts which seems cool if the vibrations are similar to the ones ive drove today. im ok with having it vibrate on idle but not when im cruising. any feedback? im most likely going to get some jgs motor mounts and urathane inject the tranny mount or pick up the set on MMR. anyone used solid mounts? any feedback on the combos you guys are running would be great.
