Why go this route? FI to Carbs?

Why go this route other than wanting simplicity? Why do guys go with carbs when they have perfectly fine fuel injection.

Its good if you really want NA.

But it really complicates things more, and money/power ratio sucks.
I think most would agree that there are much better ways of making power and going carb on KA is a terrible idea.

Good call, it sure looks a Z series. That would explain why he put a carb on there - I don't think the engine he put in there was ever injected to start with.

My favorite part is the note that he's having carb gasket trouble. Maybe he should have used more water resistant plywood! Take a look at the close up of the carb and you'll see the source of his problem.

Ya, I don't think its a KA either. If you would go carbs, the only benifit you could really have would be going to quad carbs so you can better control fuel to each individual cyl.
