I had free time today so I decided to prepare the turbo to drop in. I bought a new S15 turbo (GT2560R) and Circuit Sports turbo lines. I was putting the lines on the turbo and had a hard time putting in one of the coolant lines comfortably. The metal line peice is blocking the line, I can fit the line in there but it would be angled and I doubt it will reach the block. It might also mess up the wastegate from working properly since It wouldn't be able to move since the line is jamming it.

This is my first bolt on, and I'm a beginner. I tried to get all the parts to make this an easy mod and problems just keep coming in my way. I've searched and I couldn't find anyone else with this problem so bare with me. I've looked through 4-5 guides of a S15 turbo install and haven't seen any of them mention this. Most mention getting SS lines, s15 turbo inlet outlet or adapters etc but not this. But I'll give it a good guess I have to get an aftermarket wastegate actuator?
Thanks Zilvia people

so your saying the Coolant line is hitting the Actuator linkage?
I had the same prob. I just took a wrench and tappend on the Red Part until I bent the Line and cleared the Linkage. No problems just dont pinch it completly and you'll be fine

wow, aint that a bitch... It's true that as long as you don't pinch it completely, you'll be fine, but shit I'd be nervous as f*ck trying to get that thing to clear ~ if you crease the elbow you're f'd, if you don't get enough clearance for the wastegate to open you're f'd... looks like CS used a bad fitting.
And JDMCliff, banjo fittings blow, that's why this kit (and a lot others like it) exist ~

everything is new, yea i wouldn't trust myself pinching it to force it in. anyone have any other suggestions? links of individual lines that have smaller angle elbows so it will fit

Put the other end on the turbo side. It goes straight over the link and curls arounds the intake outlet and the curls up to the block and the 90 goes on the block. Everything will flow correctly if you reverse it. Just make sure your other coolant line can reach the waterneck or behind the block, going by whichever motor setup you have.

This is the same problem I found when putting these lines together.

But I switched up as I mentioned above.

I hope that covers everything.
