Anyone have pics of how their ECU is mounted other than the stock location? I've searched and couldn't find anything. I could easily mount it (Power FC) in the stock location considering it fits great in the bracket, but everytime I want to hook into my Datalogit I'll have to disconnect the bracket and rest the ECU on the ground.
The stock harness doesn't leave much room for extending to other locations. I'm just curious to see how others have mounted their Power FC or similar ecu.
Pics greatly appriciated. Thanks.

I don't have any pics, but on my old car I redid the harness and brought it through the firewall just behind the head, leaving room to mount the ECU in place of the passenger airbag. With the dash off it actually fit like it was made for it, the long tab that mounts to the firewall lined up with a stud just below the windshield and the outer bracket mounted easily to the dash crossbar. It looked pretty slick there.

Very interesting location. I know the ECU would reach it without any modifications.
