i think most companies have 2mm thickness
so 1/16th sounds ok IMO
but dont quote me on that

Wall thickness?
Cmonnnnnnnnnn
Just go to muffler shop, whatever piping they have just use
Diameter is more crucial
This is ONLY a 240 remember?

most shops around here have only 2.5" piping im looking at getting 4" and why use something so small on a sr... and i just noticed that the piping was aluminum not steel.
what the fuck are you gonna do with a 4" exhaust?

just get three inch....4 inch is incredibly unnecessary
as for 3.75 inch apexi gt spec exhaust, why must you go for 95 millimeter? just buy a 75 (just under 3 inch) or 85 (~3.3 inches)

nope 95mm piping on turbo applications but ill try to find some 3" around here... believe it or not its hard thats why i was gonna go with 4 because i can get it at a diesel shop

What Logan said!
I have the gt spec on my s13 and although I love it, it is a pain considering i'm not even dropped low enough yet. It scrapes on every damn thing. My girls s14 on the other hand is dropped low, and She plans on either the Buddy club spec II or custom.
The gt spec is overkill in diameter size not fun at all.

my car is pretty low and i have gt spec, the piping dosent realy scrape its the huge muff that causes all the trouble. i think.

RB here with 3.25" Stainless Steel Custom Piping.
I dont see any reason to go any larger....
Unless you just do open dump pipe and save your money.

hmm, i used 2.5 and my exhaust is tucked up so nice it is above my frame rails. or the unibody rails.... the only thing that hits anything is my downpipe and muffler.

i run a custom 2.5" on my KA lol.....3" on a stock sr im assuming since there have been no mods listed would be about as far as i would take it till you at least get some decent mods to where you would need any higher than that.

Theres no need to run anything larger then 3" unless your pushing over 400hp. Keep it simple, this isn't rocket science.

the only thing im saying is its easier to get 4" then 3" around here
then work harder...4" is gonna do nothing positive for you
