I was wondering if anyone has any pics of the Sportmax 002 on a S14. Yes ive searched around and still havent found any pics of it. My buddy just got red ones for his s13 so i was thinkin about getting these for myself. thanks.

I agree. Not everyone can afford a set of USED/ CURB RASHED work wheels for $1700 and with no tire! I say, get what you can afford, when you can afford it. If you like the wheels, buy them. I was also looking into buying those sexy 5 spoke sportmax wheels for a 2nd set to drive around town on because im broke after spending all my money on drag wheels & tires.

What's up with all of the hating...not everyone can afford a set of works, volks or whatever. As long as they get something that fit their budget and does the job that the wheels were purchased for, then that is sastifactory.

I also was looking at that same sport max in 16x8 to keep the taller profile tire for a set of dd wheels, but i gotta find out whether or not it will clear z brakes (also, gotta love the offset in comparing to the stock wheels offset). As for track or autox, i do have a staggered set of works that I'm using. You fix your car to suit your taste, not others.

I don't know why, but IMO...those wheels look nicer on the S13 than the S14. It might be the "old school" appeal that these rims (and car) give off.

Curious, I check out the Upgarage website in japan everyonce in a while, and i see sets of wheels for dirt cheap, i dont read japanese, but having lived there 2 years, I managed to learn to browse the websites.plus i use the auto translator when i can.
I see sets of work and volk 18: wheels for like 200-400bucks, and i know the price isn't for (each)
does anyone that actually lives there know if that is like a initial bidding price for online or if they are actually that cheap.

002s only look decent of stock body slammed. but seriously i wouldnt pay full price for a set. i got mine for 200 bucks. then painted them white. they dont look half bad. ayuaddicts gold ones were pretty nice as well.

Yea i knew it, i saw cheap stuff in okinawa too but it was a small store..
I hate how some of the guys that are actually in japan try to resell the stuff for almost 3 times the price they buy it for that is so gay.
this one guy was trying to sell a used dual pipe VIP style exhaust for almost 700$$$ when the brand new one only cost 380.from supermade, then i looked up the same exhaust on upgarage and it was about $100 bucks
