Need to know if this is a good price for a 97

Im new to 240's, I have an S13 but I came across a black 97 240sx with 121,000 miles for $5,000. Its an auto and its pretty clean. Is that right around where it should be or is that a good deal? Thanks.

thats a great deal if it runs fine and has never been wrecked. id pick that one up in a second. dont let it being a auto scare you off. its not all that hard to convert it to a 5speed.

i bought my 97 240sx se with cracked leather in hole in the front bumper and no overdrive with 150xxx miles for $4000 and all the vin numbers are on the panels. so that sound like a good deal if an se, if its a base then alittle pricey
