custon turbo kit

hey guys well i need a straight fresh answer on what all i would need besides the turbo(t3 from vg30et, but not stock), manifold, oil lines, water lines(watercooled turbo), modified ecu or safc, bigger injectors, bigger fuel pump(will the pump off a 85 300zxt work?  boost controller and gauges?

how does the intake work...i mean how does air get into the intake manifold from the turbo???and what did you do for an intake???

then internal work??
