UPDATE:
Seller shipped packages after he purchased and received his aftermarket tail lights. Did not inform me of this plan and has delayed my car's repair by 2 weeks. Did not even bother shipping it expedited and UPS has only sent me 1 package out of 3. The other two are supposedly in transit.
