one of my belts are squeaking when i hit the gas while im driving. im not sure which belt it is. but non of the belts are shinny or worn. i have not made any ajustments to any of them before either. i do have a bad crank case leak and oil hits my fan that is ran off the belt and goes every where.

any suggestions or related problems.

what kind of work is involved with replacing the crank seal?

Remove the stock fan shroud and fan, pull the belts off, pull out the crank pulley, replace the seal, reinstall everything.

sounds easy but how much time is involved. im not that mechanicly inclined so i wana know how long it would take.

also, do people but electric fans on stock radiators? if so can someone point me in the direction. thanks

Don't bother with electric fans. There's been many proven turbo setups running with the stock shroud and fan setup. The front seal shouldn't take too long to replace. Maybe a couple hours.

I've been running e-fans on my stock radiator for the past year and one of my other projects for a year just don't expect any power gains =P

Do a search on here or google and you will probably come up with a few answers to your questions.

I put altima fans on my stock radiator cause my shroud had a huge hole in it and the fan was messed up from it too. Works great.

most keyed pulleys can be worked off by hand, however the last SR crank pulley i took off i had to use a 3 jaw puller $45, also a 32 or 34 mm socket for crank bolt. an impact really makes the job easier. First timer should get the job done in under 2.5 hours.

Mine was a bitch to pull off. I had to get a puller for the one on my KA.
