In the market for some nice spacers...I was just wondering what everyone was running.

I have done research, and looked around, but no one has a thread about spacer sizes, types...etc..

If your running spacers, List Brand, MMs..any previous experiences, stock body? wides?...etc.

People run anywhere from 5mm to 50mm spacers.

Just depends on your wheel offset/ body width. Not really a generalized question to be asking.

Kics is popular, and a lot of people run "custom" billet spacers for the larger widths.

you like the way the spacers look? you cant even see em when the wheels on. i run a 10mil spacer in the rear. but yea, this thread fails.

its pretty simple.. if your running spacers, just list what kind, how many mms and what kind of body style you have.

its pretty general question to gain more knowledge about brands of spacers, problems encountered and etc..

gosh..is it that hard?

lol i guess....

ok ill give you what i know......

knowing what size spacers to get depends on what your trying to do with the rimz you have. its ideal to get teh right size rims to avoid spacers but sometimes that dosent work.

now lets say you have some 17x8 +35 offset rims and u want them flush

if im not mistaken +20 on a stock bodied 240 is flush...so you would need a +15 spacer.

if u wana be more aggressive get a bigger spacer 25, 30mm..etc..

ooh..the backspacing (offsets) I have figuared out long time ago....I just wanted to see what most people ran on their cars. See if they encountered problems like :

Running 15mm bolt-ons and having to trim their stock studs or etc..

A few of my buddies run the Kics, but I wanted to see if there were any other solutions.

Thanks for your reply..

size depends on the wheels and desired fitment after a certain point you need longer studs but that is also relevant to wheels and whether theres enough thread to hold the lug nut on. your question is kinda irrelevant other than what brands do you run/like. anyhow there are plenty of threads on that

Also, some people doesnt run spacers to make the wheels "flush" Some rim faces are just not designed for big brakes. I know Im one of those people who has to run them to clear GTR front brakes.

i run inch and half spacers on the back of my fc.

they were on ebay for cheap listed for jeeps or something.

no theyre not hubcentric, but it doesnt really matter. i beat the shit out of my car drifting and such and theyre fine.
