i was planning on giving my car a little tune up on monday, and i was wondering what else i should do as preventative maintanence besides spark plugs, input is apreciated
how many miles do you have on it? What all have you done so far as far as basic matinance?
I'd say
1) oil, fuel, air filters
2) engine, transmission, differential oil
3) check belts for frays and other damage/wear...replace as needed.
4) cap, rotor, plugs, wires
more expensive stuff...
5) brakes...pads, rotors, fluid flush, new lines
6) check all bushings, replace as needed.
7) tires...align and ballance whether replacing tires or not.
After that you should be set, just wash her real good <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Doesn't hurt to flush the engine and not just the radiator either.
