Finally, after blowing up many OEM hoses and dealing with old leaky crap, we've released our High Pressure Power Steering line kitfor the 240SX.

the MA-Motorsports PS line fits both S13 and S14 chassis with either the SR20 or KA24DE motors in place.

This line replaces the $250 OEM Multi-piece High pressure line from the Steering rack to the pump and is suitable for SOHC to DOHC or SR swaps.

-Makes for easy routing of intake pipe to turbo by moving the line out of the way.

-Made of High Quality hose and fittings from Earls

-All hose and fittings are Designed specifically for High pressure Power Steering use.

yup, the fitting are rotated/ clocked in the nessecary direction, proper length is cut, and the trial and error of finding the right seal has all be done for you! :w00t:

Pics on S13SR from under and above. You have toremove the positioning bracket on the rear section of the pump and flip the banjo fitting on the pump to get it to aim at the block more. Other than that, just remove the old crap and put this sweet line in.

no youve got to use the OEM banjo.

The last pic posted looks like it went right into the PS Pump. It dont see the OEM banjo bolt. Am i looking at it wrong? I mean, you have two male ends on the hose so wouldn't you need to have one male and one banjo on the blue hose to make it reuse the OEM banjo bolt Brian?

...nope... it definatly going into the banjo bolt.

Yes, it has a spring loaded restrictor type of deal in it and thier is no way around it. NOW... RB pumps have the resitrictor built into the bolt.... so you can thread it directly into the pump on RB PS Pumps, however these lines arent long enough for that.... you would need to let us know if you want one for an RB.

So Brian, are you guys going to come up with a new way to connect the reservoir to the lines? I mean it uses a hose you just push over the PS line and clamp done. To me if you're going to upgrade the pump line, shouldnt we upgrade the reservoir line? Im thinking of welding on a -6AN to the reservoir and then cut, slip on a -6AN & flair the lower PS line and use a -6AN line similar to the one you're using. You think this is overkill? I really really HATE LEAKS!!

as for making a low pressure side of AN fittings.... to do it RIGHT you would have to weld an AN onto the pump, weld AN onto both ports on the reeveoir, and use AN adaptor in rack. It would be easier to make a custom resevoir in that case or use one from Canton. I think its kinda overkill if you have nice hose to begin with but NOT nessecarily a bad idea at all.... it would just end up being pretty pricey.

How long is the hose? I have a RHD setup and I think I would need at least 5' or 6' to reach the inputs on the rack.

I wouldn't be concerned with the price. My lines leak as well and if you were to make some I would buy them as well. Just incase you do end up making them.

I'll probably order mine on Monday because my lower PS line leaks as well and paying for a brand new one from Nissan is out of the question.

i installed mine with the engine in.... the only thing is i had to remove the hot pipe, but thats not a big deal.
