i dont know how to make this a poll. but i have narrowed it down to 2 body kits and i dont know which to get. i like the bn replica wide body

http://www.zilvia.net/f/printthread.php?t=120532

and i also like the ground dynamics body kit package that includes the carbon fiber hood and hatch

http://grounddynamics.com/merchant/mainpage.htm

you'll have to navigate to get to the pic. just click body kits, fiberglass/c.f. then 89-94 and its toward the bottom on the right. both kits are around the same price. i cant find the bn replica anywhere and i cant find anyone to get in touch with to get some more info on it. so more info on that would help the decision as well. i love the wide bodies. love cars with big @$$'s but i like carbon fiber as well...just kinda stuck.

the bn one is nice. but it looks like shit on that white car for obvious reasons. what are your wheel sizes? if your wheels are wide enough get the bn. but i dont know where to find it

Is this really a technical question?

But anyways... If your going to get the BN Widebody, you'd better have the rims too match it... i.e. offset

Make up your own damn mind. Zilvia.net is not here to think for you. We are only here to tell you what a disgusting decision you have made when you screw up.

Seriously though, just decide for yourself. It's your car, do what makes you happy.

Since your basing your purchase off of other peoples opinions

I think you should get the ground dynamics demon!!! That would be the tyteniss.

the car isn't goin to be moving for a while i'm doin the body and then engine swap. i'm goin ls1 so i will need more rubber in the rear anyway so yes they will be offset. i'm just tryin to get a lil more info on the bn right nowi'm thinkin i will go with it if i can find it. and then get the hatch and hood at a later date and get the best of both worlds. so if anyone has any info on the bn kit please let me know

i'm not basing my decision off what anyone says. i was just wondering. it was a simple question to see what other people would do. do you go around to every post that askes others opions and make stupid @$$ comments like that on all them?

Why are you asking about the BN kit? You're not even planning planning to buy the BN kit. You're planning to buy a cheap-ass knock-off.

I'll tell you what. Don't worry about buying the aluminum LS1. Just buy one of these... http://www.pitstopusa.com/images/PAYSBCHEVY.jpg
http://www.pitstopusa.com/P-AYR_PRODUCTS.aspx?gclid=CN6K55T9lo0CFSENZgodmmF_2w

It costs less than $400, so you save money, plus you look like you can afford the real thing. Best of both worlds.

you like civics?

if you drive your car just buy some fake shit, Dont ASK people about it, just drive it until it gets sheared of by something and enjoy it.

i've been to the the bn website and they didn't have it on there website thats why i'm tryin to find out about the replica. cant really really make out what you typed in you last lil coment but it looks like you were tryin to say that i cant afford the ls1..that's ok i forgive you you've got a banner for grunts cause thats al the marines are. mindless grunts. i make a lot more money that you think. it's above 10 dolars so i dont expect you to be able to count that high.

the BN kit looks like ass unless its touching the freaking ground. and you need some insane wheels as well to pull it off

shit i hate the look of my car right now

to the OP that BN kit looks like total ass, Im sure it would cost 3times the price of the kit to fit it and make it look halfway decent....just get an origin agressive kit and some rear over fenders and call it a day

This picture is taken directly from the BN Sports web page.

So, evidently, it is listed.

Also, if you truly think that all U.S. Marines are just mindless bullet sponges, then you are even more clueless then I previously suspected.

I'm happy for you if you can afford the real thing. Good job. Congratulations.
Now stop asking about knock-offs. They suck. Any dumb-ass with decent fiberglassing skills, can copy someone else's hard work and try to make a buck. Both kits you listed are cheap ass knock-offs, so come up with a new excuse then one of them not being on BN Sport's website. Which, as I already showed you, it is. The second kit, if I'm reading the page right.. is a GP Sports Knock-Off.

Have a nice day.

I find it ironic that you call Marines mindless grunts, yet you can't even decide what bodykit to buy on your own. And if you make that much money, why don't you just buy the real bn kit instead of the knockoff? I'd rather buy a real Vertex kit from Raretrick for $1600, then a knockoff kit for the same price. But what do I know, I'm just a dumb Marine who probably doesnt have $1600, let alone count that high.

i never said you were bullet sponges they train you to duck. ive been in the sandbox right alone with the marines and they are grunts. and i did make up my own mind i was just seeing what everyone else thought. douchbag. and that kit from there website is the 50mm rear not the 70mm which is the one i was lookin for.

Again... No.
BN Blister Fenders:
http://www.bn-sports.co.jp/2door/image/zoom/z_180sx_blister_r.jpg
That is wider than 50mm. Same car as the first picture I posted. Same Kit.

These are BN-Sports 50mm Rears.
BN Wide Fender:
http://www.bn-sports.co.jp/2door/image/add329/180_t4_rear.jpg
Not the best picture, but it is what they provide on their site. They are smaller than the one's shown on the red car.

Also, again... There is more to the Marine Corps than "Grunts". Though there is no one else in the world I would rather have protecting me in any situation, there is a lot more to the Corps then just what they do.

You're really digging yourself a hole.

Yeah those pictures do make it hard to tell a difference but look at the transition points from the door to the rear end.

Then look to the area next to the left tail lamp, it is hard to tell but yeah it is larger.

I think the red one was featured in a thread over on driftworks forum. Will check again.

Found some more Blister fender picture's

Yes, those are not the 70mm rears either CKAMC. Sorry. Nice pictures though.

The Blister fronts don't have vents cut into the sides. They stick out at the door. The rears are also noticeably larger then the ones in your pictures. You see how the 50's barely stick out at the tail lights? Now look at the 70's again from the last pic I posted.

I know both Andy, and Dino....a guy that works/runs powervehicles and the guy that took the picture

irony

noun
1. witty language used to convey insults or scorn; "he used sarcasm to upset his opponent"; "irony is wasted on the stupid"; "Satire is a sort of glass, wherein beholders do generally discover everybody's face but their own"--Jonathan Swift [syn: sarcasm]
2. incongruity between what might be expected and what actually occurs; "the irony of Ireland's copying the nation she most hated"
3. a trope that involves incongruity between what is expected and what occurs

Does not compute.

easiest way to tell is obviously the front fenders are a different style, and there is a big flat area next to the taillights
