Yes there are... not to sound like an ass or anything, but there are many companies in Japan that make them.
i don't think that there are any here in the US, so your best bet is to find an importer... just FYI, you'll need: front bumper, front bumper guards (or if you get an aftermarket kit then it's usually molded into the bumper), OEM sideskirts are 2 pieces... i'm not to sure, but i think there's no OEM rear under-bumper, so it's the same as ours... the body kit option came on 2 models of the 96+ 180sx... the Type S and the Type X... you can find info on it from the Nissan Japan website.

i think i saw some used kouki oem type x side skirts on jspec.com for $600 but they were gone within a few days.. he said they were a 1 time thing and no more are goin to come in for a while.. but i dunno.. maybe you can email sam and ask if he will get more in soon..
