What's the story on the front bumper?? Looks like it's just black unpainted eurathane?? Is it just faded or has it been replaced once already??

It has never been repainted. A couple of years ago, I took the car to a store, and someone bumped it at a low speed, which caused the paint to crack. The cracks (In the paint only) were not noticeable at first, but have now started to crack. It needs to be sanded and painted only. Otherwise you can just throw on a JDM front bumper and be done with it.
