which gauges do you have in your car?

i'm sure there are plenty of people out there with useless gauges in their car or far more than they need, so you guys, don't respond. but people who actually use gauges to monitor your engine instead of to fill holes in your dash: what do you have?

i currently have both a narrowband AFR and a voltmeter, but i'm gonna toss the AFR. totally worthless. i've been told the three basic gauges are volt, water temp, and oil pressure. does anyone else have an opinion on what the basics should be? i'm set to rebuild my engine shortly, and while it's a stock rebuild, i'd like to keep my eye on its condition at all times.

boost, oil pressure/temp, water temp, if anything a/f gauge. just carry an extra battery in your car :p

it really depends on how extreme your going... hellllo pretty much summed it up but if you really want to stay on top of monitoring the motor i'd get an egt gauge also.

As stated all a matter of preference. How extreme you care to go, I personally would get these.

boost, oil pressure/temp, EGT, Fuel.

Later on you can decide if you will need more monitoring.

i have cheapskate autometer boost, oil pressure guages, and an aem a/f wideband. I also have fuel pressure guage next to my fpr in the engine bay.

oil pressure
oil temp
water temp
boost

then if you still have room, id also include

fuel pressure
AFR

and on my AFC neo I have it set to monitor Volts, Correction, RPM, and Throttle%

i got a cheap ass autometer boost gauge and a cheap ass autometer water temp gauge. im looking into gettin a oil temp and a oil pressure gauge soon. i just got the autometer gauges at autozone. theyre cheap as hell and they work fine.
