seriously, whats the purpose of this post? a stock SR should be able to beat that damn oversized paperweight. the US-spec motor isnt shit compared to the european version.

It really depends on how much money you have to spend.

for future reference, you shouldnt post questions like these.
1. they are pointless
2. there is no concrete "way" to beat another car

a lot of factors determine the question you ask. Its not as simple as, "i got got this and that, i can kick your ass" what if your a shitty driver, who knows?

and to ask a question without providing background to the question(like wdf is a "high modified e36"?) dont expect to have answers.
