if there was a 240sx local to you......... a 1995 SE, 5 speed, black interior..... moonroof, spoiler, vlsd , 5 lug...... lightly modded w/ front z brakes , eibach springs, and an apexi n1 exhaust.... how much would you offer to pay for it? oh yea, and it only has 56k miles on it, interior/exterior are MINT and it sits in a garage all day and has absolutely no rust anywhere.

i stumbled upon this car today, i think his asking price is a just a lil high, but i'm still considering it because its so clean / local. just curious what you think its worth.

Whats his asking price? I might pay 3600 for it but price is relative to where you live.

3600?! thats ridiculously low for an s14 with 56k miles on it. Where do you live to get that kind of pricing?

Where I'm from it'd be around 7500.

Oh I didn't even bother reading the mileage. I guess 4k tops. And in so-cal the market is saturated with S-chassis.

5 or so....maybe 6 cause of the mileage and cleanliness.

$7500 yeah right.

4k is ridiculous , you guys are real lucky in california then if you can buy a car like that for that cheap.

i was also thinking 6k because of how clean it is..... he's VERY stuck on 7k

6 cash he wont be stuck...Trust me...having all benjimins in his hand...he'd do it

yeah I'd say $6k is a solid offer, that's a great deal in my opinion (car wise) but 1995 is still 1995, even if it only has 56k miles. Sad to say if it's as clean as you say it is, he'll probably get $7k for it.

If you've got $6k, show him cash and make him say no.

EDIT: ^^^ Not Nissan beat me to it :)

Woo hoo....yea i may be young...but owning over 20 cars didnt come by buying everything at "thier" price...cash will do it...I got a clean S14..mint interior...Exterior was normal wear....2 owner (both being women..(carfax report showed that to me) Was on a car lot for around 3700ish....I got it for under 3k....it might be high for a bone stock 95 S14....but i thought it was worth it....and having cash made him refuse the offer...and even if they're firm...just point out bad things about it...or make up bad things about it..lol...

I say 5k.

I wouldn't offer any more.

It's still a 240. If you can find one with 100k go for it. Mileage isn't important enough for these cars to be raped in pricing.

5k sounds better.

There is a local guy selling one with about the same miles...its a 98 tho and has never been moded and only seen the nissan dealership all its life... well lets say it feels like brand new, wants 8500 for it.

I think that 95,5lug, vlsd, 5speed, and those miles are what have the guy asking for so much... car is pretty much in the sweet spot for what people want.

$4500...$5000 max. mint s14's go for 4-5k all day in Memphis. I'd never pay anywhere near $7500 for any S14 period

He's at the very bottom west corner of TN...You're in NY...So he's accustomed to the economy value evolved around him...Your area might be a little more expensive...Cause where im at the price for a chevy pick-up is rediculous b/c i live in a red-neck society...and everybody wants there "chevy"...so the price goes up...and the same for if they're rare
