efi specialist GOOD OR BAD!?

i'm thinking of picking up efi specialist ECU http://www.efispecialist.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=8

i try searching everywhere for the reviews on it. should i pick it up? is it worth it? can i fine-tune it later down the line? will it be safe to plug and play. any review or comment on it would be greatful.
