I have owned the car for about 4 years. About 2 years ago I bought a s2000 and wanted to make this a project car to run is the sm class for auto-x. So, I wanted to paint the car as the clearcoat had started pealing and wasn’t looking to good. A couple months went by and I was working on sanding it a little bit at a time, then I bought a house. Since the house has turned into my main project I no longer have the time to finish this awesome car. Most of the car is rough sanded and would require a once over with a fine grit paper.
Its pretty quick considering the lower comp. hg and stock boost, the only time I went to the drag strip it went 14.0’s. The car runs great and is very fun to drive! Like I said the underside has some rust on the trans tunnel and on the rocker panels(most has been sanded off). This would be a great car to drive or could be a great candidate for a conversion on another car. Like I said before it runs great and could be driven in its current condition for a long time without a problem, I would even be ok with driving cross country. I am wanting to sell it in its current condition but would be willing to put the body panels on so it could be driven home.
