should bolt right up, the bolt holes for the iac may need to be wallowed out as they never line up. other than that you might have to extend a plug or two, mine i have to run the q45 throttle body and i had to make a throttle cable bracket. nothing major.
for stock boost you should be fine, if you're gonna turn the boost up, get tuned since the greddy flow's more efficiently you don't wanna lean out the motor. when it's all said and done, a good tune makes every dime you put into mods worth it.

like z u l8ter said, you may have to enlarge the bolt holes where the studs go into slightly (Don't force the manifold in). The throttle body and cable, you'll have to figure out your self what to do or modified. Everything should bolt right up and the last thing you should bolt up is the fuel rails (for a s13 anyway).
My car started right up. No ecu fussing. Power gain? I don't feel it but it does sound different :)
Enjoy
