sup zilvia, i just did a brake master cylinder upgrade for my little bro but there is something wrong. i bought a brand new brake master from centric 1" (TT Z), before i install it, i bench bleed it good then i install it. after i install the bmc on the car, i bleed the brake system. than i took a test drive and here the problem. the pedal require a lot of pressure to slowly stop any i mean SLOWLY. i though may be it's the boost problem, but i test by start engine and turn off than pump the pedal and it work fine. im thinking maybe the pad and the rotor is no good... any ideal? do i have to change the vacuum booster from the Z too? so far i only upgrade the bmc. please help......we can't drive the car any more. thanks in advance....

Z32 TT is 17/16" aka 1 1/16", not 1". Depending on the bias (what calipers is he using?) you could be braking a whole lot with the back wheels, and that's why it feels like ass. Also, it sounds like the pads are shot.
Why did you replace the MC in the first place? Was the old one leaking, or did he just feel like it?

i did a research on the bmc in the forum and the info i get is three different size as far as the Z 15/16, 1, 17/16 depend on what model. i called centric and ask for the z tt, on there system, they have 1". my little bcm leaks, so i thought (we're in the process of doing 5 lugs and 30 mm z brake any way) why not just get the z master. however right now he still using the stock brake system. we haven't got all the parts yet. so any ideas? thanks
p.s. what do you mean exactly when you said "you could be braking a whole lot with the back wheels"

Are you saying the brake feel is super stiff, but little to no stoppage? The increase in feedback is normal for the Z32 MC, but the lack of stopping would be indicitave of your pressure not making it to the calipers.... Are the pistons in good shape? Are you 100% sure you properly bench-bled the MC? Even if the pads were shot, the car would still be driveable with metal to metal grinding, unless your pistons are at max extension which I doubt. My only other theory is that you got the wrong MC.
