My day in Court!

So this is the story from beginning. June 18 i took a school regent and after wards i walk over to my boys school and meet up with him and we walk behind to school to play handball, so were playing doubles for 50 dollars a head, so the ball goes over the wall and i walk over i say "Yo lemme get the ball" and the kid looks at the ball and looks away so i what over to him him up the ball and say "thanks alot asshole" so im walking back to my court and i hear his friend say "why you gonan talk all tuff if you not gonan do anything about it" so i tell him to come say it closer to me and when he gets close enough i punch him in the face and his mouth started to bleed and he kidna bear hugs me and gets me into the fence and i elbow him in the face and he falls when he was trying to get up i kciked him in the head, and he fell back down. So i let him get up and i start punching him in the mouth and eye, so i finally i punch him and he falls down and i hold his hea dand tell him that we need to kill it cause there was blood all over him and his nasty ass blood on me.

So that was the fight, 2 weeks later Two Po's come and arrest me for assault and spend a night in central and then court, then a month late ri go to court again and my lawyer had another csae so he sent a diff lawyer in his firm and the fucker never shows up, so it gets rescheduled for today the 22 and i was gonna plead guilty on a 3rd grade misdameanor Assault, so i would got 3 years probation, but my freind got invloved somewhere along the line and he was arrested also, so his father wouldn't let him plead guilty cause he thinks if your on probation you can't leave queens, its actually you can't leave NYS without permisson, so now i have to go back to court sept 5 for a real trial, and now i can't plead guilty shit sux i hate community service.

Oh yeah and the kid i fought with got 10 stiches above his eye and 25 under his eye. Pretty funny, his face was dripping blood like a faucet..

And for the people who are gonna post "Oh someone has anger problems blah blah blah" I really don't i just have a short fuse, and i don't care about hitting people first, for doign something dumb

Sounds like you handed out a nice ass stomping. &nbsp;As for court, just tell the judge you offered the invite, and the guy took it up...that's his fault for getting his face broken in. &nbsp;

Next time though, let him throw the first punch, then lay down the law. &nbsp;Hope it all works out for you though.

Well he said that when the kid bear hugged me, he punched him in the head, but i have no clue, i was zoned out. lol. Thanx for everyones support, When i was walking home from the fight, i saw a really HOT girl and she saw his blood on my pants, i hope she didn't get the wrong impression! LOL

HAHA, yes i drive and handball is a game just like paddleball except you use your hands, I still laugh when i think of people not knowing what handball is, Handball is alot of fun, I have seen people of all ages playing this sport, i'm even on a handball team in my school. If you still don't nkow what it is or you don't nkow what paddleball is just tell me and i will describe the game...

I remember playing that game in K-2nd grade in PE... it was fun, but no where near that thing we used to do with the parachute. You know, where the whole class holds the edge of the parachute and they throw it in the air and run underneath?

A regent is a test given out by NYS at the end of the school year to see if your ready to pass on to the next grade or graduate

Anyone remember that movie with Nicholas Cage, I think it was Con Air...where he beats that guys ass and get charged with attemted murder with a deadly weapon because hes been trained with all those tactics to kill?
