Yes, I really want to go, but I'm not sure if I can pass these..
Rules:
http://www.californiaspeedway.com/dragwayrules/
-my main concern is that my power steering rack 'BARELY' leaks along with my pan somewhere, maybe one drop or two a week on my garage floor, and it's a major pita to swap my motor out to get the pan out and inspect where the oil leak's coming from (rear main seal i'd check also)
-clutch safety/start up is also not wired on my car due to auto-manual swap but should be an easy fix if i find the ascd whatever switch under my dash somewhere
-there's more but easy fixes, just swapping out the motor for my pan leak is homosexual
-as far as helmets go, they're required for cars faster than 13.99, what kind/where're you guys getting your helmets from. One of my buddies has a street bike/helmet, maybe i can jack his?

just wondering how strict/anal they are with the rules and whether it'd be a waste of my time to wake up early, clean the leaks before i go (cause it barely leaks, usually after a day or two or three maybe it might start leaking)
or should i just not go and take my sweet as time to fix my car and get it done right instead and wait another 2 months for the next one

These guys are really anal about everything, but you might get lucky.

They wont notice the leak, make sure your battery is tied down.

They MAY check the neutral safety switch, so fix it anyway. Really depends on whose doing the tech inspection and how lax they are.
