Well I have a 97 Kouki 240sx that I recently drop in a KA in. The engine sounds great but the car dosen't move at all......... and I can shit trought the gears with out pressing on the clutch when the car is on we have alredy checked the Master cylinder and the slave cylinder and the both seem to be working fine could it be that we might of installed the TOB wrong or maybe the pressure plate...... has anyone ever had this kind of problem before.LMK Thanx

your clutch is not engaged
its not the hydraulic system. that only disengages the clutch. it is not responsible for engagement. not the throw out bearing either. that only does something when you disengage the clutch.
pull the tranny and figure out wtf is going on
i'd start by checking pp and the clutch disc itself

Well the mechanic that was building my motor installed the clutch for me and I have him a used flywheel but he said he would resurface it but it turned out that he only brushed it also I bought the clutch used but I the guy said that he didn't have any problems w the clutch.......

Why do people buy used clutches. They're such a pain in the ass to swap, why not buy a good one so you don't have to do another swap sooner after.

well before you pull your tranny and go ape under your car your should try to re-adjust your clutch master cylinder. it is located under the driver side of the dash on the clutch pedal. use a 12mm wrench and loosen the bolt and screw the rod all the way in and then all the way out..
try to see if that works..
.. and also explain how you put the tranny back in step by step..
PICS WOULD HELP ALOT DUDE.... HOPE THIS HELPS

Well Im going to pull the tranny out cause I think we might of put the forks in wrong or put the TOB wrong because when I was messing w it now the car mover but barely and now I have to press the clutch in order to shift trought the gears.
