Beautiful car. Too bad it'll probably never get driven except for driving it unto and off of the trailer or going to and from car shows.

as i do enjoy muscle cars very much, the car is very nice. good amount of effort and work, looks like they took their time in building it. i wouldnt never buy it because it is no fun, no originality, the car has no soul. that is a custom made frame on a fiberglass body. i prefer metal bodies and a frame that was made by a car manufacturer....sorry now i'm just ranting. but it is a nice car....red's a little played out though.

Wait, you're saying that mass-produced = more soul? It's not a muscle car either, it's a street rod. Muscle cars were built from the '60s to the early '70s.
I don't necessarily like the car, but it's a nice car nonetheless.

not mass produced, but having lived a life of some sort, not just something fabbed up right before the build....say they put in a camaro/shoebox/nova II subframe or something similar that would fit under there. THAT would have more soul. and i know its a street rod, i tend to over generalize... and i know the classifications are made by how the car was made/put together, and its outcome. thank you.

the reason why it's a fiberglass body is that it is getting very difficult to find those original bodies anymore. too many people with too much money have snapped them all up. a fiberglass body is the only practical option for many people.

it is indeed very hard to find original bodies. and you're right, the practicality of it is the easier and more favorable. but that's why i said I wouldn't get a fiberglass car. i'd rather just search for a long time to find one. but thats my own personal opinion. i've seen a lot of fiberglass bodies. while they are very nicely detailed and most are made with excellent craftsmanship, to me they are no more than a say a wax figure.

Im not saying chevy is junk, but alot of people with chevy pre-1972 muscle cars and hot rods rock the ford 9inch rear end. Its more durable then a chevy ten or 12 bolt rear end.

yeah the ford 8.8" is supposed to be really nice. i know a couple drag/drift AE86s use them.
