apexi world sport coilover adjustment?

i have these coilovers and they ride soooo stiff. i dont know all that much about coilovers and was wondering if there is any way to adjust the tension? i have the ride height set where id like it, but it is just waayy rough....

any advice is appreciated, thanks

no dampening adjustment i believe, I think your coils are blown, i've got an extra set, PM me if interested
