OK so I took off my stuck hubs and I was going to put 300zx brakes on so I also took off the brake shield. Now I put the new hubs on and torqued them down to spec (130 ft/lbs). They went on fine. But when I touched the new hub it seems to slid back and forth on the axle? So like where it connects to the axle it has a little play in it. Is this normal? Should I get a spacer or something so it doesn't move as much? I figured the shield on took off was the problem but I can't fit it on there with the 300zx brakes so am I supposed to seperate from the hub shield somehow? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. By the way I have a 90 240 with ichiba 5 lug conversion hubs and this is the front of the car I haven't got the gumption to attack the rear yet and I'm still waiting for my rims.

Sounds like you left the washer out. Put it back in, it's there for a reason.
