Installing an amp...

Hi,
Did a search but nothing came up. What is the best way to run an amp power wire from the battery to the trunk? Also, I have everything I need to install my amp/sub except for one thing. I need a wire to run from 2 channels of the amp and to bridge into one and then have connections at the other end to plug into the box... anyone know what I'm talking about? Thanks for you help,

*BUMP*

Installed the amp today successfully and sent two channels to each of the rear speakers. Now, how do I bridge two channels into one and send it to the sub? I have a Q-Logic box they have these little screws on the back you wrap the wire around. What gauge do I need? Thanks for your help,
