what forms of payment do you accept?

I prefer a money order sent through USPS Express mail for $13.95 and you can deduct the $13.95 from the total price.
However I can accept paypal payment with their rip of service charge &nbsp;<img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':angry:'> But under the condition that you are a verified PayPal account holder with a "Confirmed Address" registered with PayPal. Keep in mind that I will have to wait for the payment to clear into my bank account before I send the merchandise. Actually it is quicker to send through USPS Express mail since I will receive it within 72hrs and it also has a tracking method so you know I signed for the delivery.
