u can try swapped vins. kinda risky tho. it has to pass vin inspection and brake and light inspection.

you need the bill of sale and the japan title is you register it the right way. and if you like in cali and its a real sivia you wont be able to pass emission so you cant get it register. so if you buy it its for off road use only. better invest in a truck and tralier and have fun.
