Blitz R-vit question

Does anyone have one installed on a obd2 S14? Im lookin to buy one for my 96 S14. I guess the question I have is does it tell total timing for example timing under WOT like the apexi multichecker or the techtom?

Or if anyone knows of any other device that can tell me timing under WOT that will work for a obd2 S14 let me know.
