Hi guys!
Here's the short version. I have the following deck for sale. It retails for 63000 yen(~ $504 w/ the conversion today). This is not including tax or shipping. I am looking to get near 475 for it. So... 475 obo. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> Here's a link to the item:

The thing looks really sweet. I'll take pics of it outside the box tomorrow.
The long version. I bought this deck for a friend and he's decided to take a different route with his stereo system. So... he's looking to sell it. Just posting it for him. It looks pretty damn sweet and will definitely set you apart from the rest. Get a EQ and CD Changer and your set! This is a deck that CANNOT be bought at Good Guys!
All buttons and functions are in english so you will have no trouble using it. I personally have an MD and CD in my car and love it. You can record 160 minutes of quality music on one MD.

Sorry bout the link. It's working now... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/lookaround.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':look:'>
As for shipping decks, I'm not in the business. I just picked it up for him while I was there. If you are interested, I am sure you can find a store online to order one. It's probably gonna be a bit more expensive b/c :
1. they have to ship it over from Japan
2. they have to pay an export tax. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
3. they probably want to make a buck or two in the transaction
As I said before, the deck retails for close to 500 dollars, excluding tax. This is with the conversion rate I saw today which was 125 to 1. Sucks ass b/c when I bought it, it was 120 to 1!<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/nervous.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':nervous:'> It's being sold for 475 obo. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. If 475 is too much, you can email me an offer to:

don't jdm headunits not get fm signals above 90?

Ah. Good question. That is totally true. So does that mean no radio for you? Not really....
See.. there is a magical thing out there that boosts the signals so that we are able to listen to radio. It boosts it by exactly 18MHz. So... if I wanted to listen to 106.1, I'd just dial into 88.1. It's that simple.
Total cost:
JDM Deck ~475
Converter ~70
The look that people give you when they ask you where the hell you got your stereo everytime they get in your car? Priceless. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

I think you may be thinking of the CD version instead of the MD... Please correct me if I'm wrong.

If you look at my post, I mentioned that it's similar to the US one but it plays MDs instead of CD/mp3z. Please read the post next time before posting so I don't need to repeat myself. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sly:'>
If you still have a link to the item your talking about that plays BOTH CDs and MDs in a single DIN, I'd love to see it. Thanks!
