Starting from scratch may be the best thing to do.....
I want to start fresh...
I have a Daily Driven 1990 Nissan 240sx fastback...
Car was going to be my kae-t project but wife hates it and I would like to start fresh. It is black in color with primered front bumper fadded black hood and black primered passenger side fender. Has a scratch/dent by the fuel tank and the passenger side popup light needs adjusting. Thats it for the cosmetic section. Interior is all stock with pioneer head unit. The passenger side seat is taken out because the driver side broke (switched sides). Carpet in trunk was taken out. That it for interior. These are the main reason for me to start fresh.
Listed below are thing that I have replaced / upgraded:
Tien- H type Suspension w/ KYB GRYO all around
All new Calipers, pads, rotors, hardware.
rear Agency Power brake lines.
Energy Suspension Poly Uthrene sub frame inserts.
left rear all bushing replaced with Energy Suspension.
right only inside not the upright bushings replaced.
All four (painted white)tear drop rims wrapped with potenzas and 1 bridgestone.
Oil recently replaced in both tranny and diff.
Walbro 255lph high pressure fuel pump.
93 octane fuel only used.
300zx fuel filter
4 new injectors
new fuel pressure regulator
recent Amsoil Synthetic Oil change
Rebuilt KA24E w/ perfect compression of 155 straight across
14" electric fan installed running off lower coolant temp sensor.
new pacesetter headers.
new Magna flow 2.5" cat.
new monza performace 2.5 cat back with twin tips(makes a high rattle sound in upper rpms and pops around 3.5k rpm).
inspection just completed for may of 08

distributer cap & rotor
O2 Sensor
Master cylinder
reverse lamp sensor
servitine belts
egr to exhaust pipe
exhaust to air box pipe
intake manifold gaskets
fuel lines & vacuum Lines
Additional:
Battery relocated to rear (Napa Kit)
Autozone Air filter kit (rid of air box and K&N imitation brand filter)
Megan Racing Short Shifter w/napa ball knob.
Nismo Exhaust Hangers
Energy suspension bushings in box for front suspension
180sx rear center
working cruise control
sunroof
power windows, mirrors
This is my project car. I was planning on swaping in a 180sx aero and replacing the passenger lamp and hood. This is a reliable car Gets me to Newtown road and back everyday. No A/c though recent owner pulled it out. Car is ready for a kit and a engine swap or turbo kit. Ka24e makes one hell of turbo engine.
I want someones stock 240sx..... I will trade and pay difference If I have to.
