Sorry if this doesn't answer your question, but I have to agree with jspec... Why would you get all the stuff, before you knew what to do with it?? Good luck either way...

need S15 cluster. unless like you said, someone else makes a speed converter.

S15 rear subframe, if you want to keep the s15 helical, i believe?

Honestly, save your money and headache, get a S14 tranny. Will fix the speedo issue and wont have to worry about the tranny going kablooey. But if you still insist, Os Gilken makes S15 gears, will cost a pretty penny tho.

not a whole lot of places in the states carry them since S15/tranny swap arent that popular in the states and demand for them are almost nil. I checked RHDJAPAN.com but looks they dont carry it anymore either...see if JSPCEC SAM can order it for you or any other place that can special order it from Os Gilken. Like I said, it wont be cheap, your looking at $6-8k iirc.

Universal Speedometer Signal Interface
From Dakota Digital

http://www.dakotadigital.com/cartimages/prd_sm_126.jpg

The SGI-5 Universal Signal Interface Unit can handle all of your electric speedometer signal conversion and calibration problems. The SGI-5 can recalibrate 8K pulse per mile (ppm) through 250K ppm electronic speedometer pulse rates. The SGI-5 is great for readjusting aftermarket and OEM electric speedometers on vehicles after changing rear end gears.

The SGI-5 can also handle all of your speedometer pulse rate incompatibility problems. Does your VDO Hall Effect Speedometer generator produces a 16K ppm and your cruise control requires a 2K, 4K or 8K ppm? No Problem!
Does your older GM 700R4 transmission produce 4K ppm and your new cruise control require a 8K ppm? No Problem!

The SGI-5 can also assist in creating tach signals for diesel engines when combined with a flywheel gear-tooth sensor or purchased as a kit the DSL-2 Universal Diesel Flywheel Tachometer Interface.
