Hey everyone, my parents contracting company is in its 20th year of operation this summer so I was looking for some ideas of what we should do as a company. Some years we do a huge picnic, other years we go to Laughlin or Las Vegas. This time around we are looking to do something else, possibly a little different than other years but still being reasonable with price.

Location is Phoenix, AZ so its hot outside.... that said we have these ideas so far,
Picnic
Grand Canyon train ride and hotel stay--pricey
San diego for sea world and beach--pricey
Camping up north

Company is about 60 people and we figure in families but not all will go so accomidation for about 160 people (kids and adults)

Give me some ideas please!!
Thanks in advanced, Mike

See if you guy's have a large/historic mansion in the area that's up for rent. Book it for a Fri/Saturday deal and have a huge company BBQ.

I don't know too much about Arizona other than it gets hot, so if you can find something with a lot of trees to keep you cool I think you can a real chill company party.

Renting a place like the Biltmore House for a summer party with friends and coworkers would be sweet:

We always play paintball, might not be that groups idea of fun though.

It's nice to be able to nail your managers in the name of fun :bigok:
