bog issue

im getting this weird bog issue with my ka24de. when I rev it up quick and it seems to run super rich, puffing out black smoke. It idles fine for the most part, also when I start the car with out the mafs connected, it idles rough. Any ideas on what it could be?




Also my wind shield wipers turns on once when i the engine, then works normally. o_O
