clutch problems

so i searched and couldnt find an exact answer for my certain problem

i had a new master cylinder installed and a brand new clutch setup installed due to the clutch slipping, when the car warms up after a little bit of driving the clutch pedal will feel really tight and it will grab at the very top of the pedal (literally half an inch from being completely off the pedal), if you give it gas the clutch will slip but only in warm weather, any idea what it might be? perhaps rear main seal but it would be losing oil if so and its not? its been bled twice at least on the new master cylinder, possibly still air in the line?
