ok so I did search and most of the threads where for after market bumpers with no real info on repairing a crack in a stock (silvia) bumper. The crack is on the bottom section not to large but still annoying. I was wondering what to use as bondo is not flexible enough and I am not sure what they use to make the stock bumpers out of. any info will be greatly appreciated.

I used a 2 part epoxy from the local auto parts store. Just cut out a "V" shape along the crack so you can have a good amount of expoxy, drill a hole at the end of the crack to keep it from getting worse, fill with epoxy, sand, prime, paint. And you're done. Worked great on my busted up JDM zenki side skirts.

exactly what he said. 3M makes a panel binding epoxy that is strong as hell.

that stuff works or a plastic welder. you follow the same steps cutting the v and drilling holes you just weld plastic in.
