View Full Version : Alternate Route for Manual Seatbelts...S13

Just throwing this out there because I did it. Swapped a 91 Nissan NX2000 Manual seatbelts in my car. In case some of the junkyards in your local are(s) have these cars, they WILL work for the S13's. Although there has to be a top bracket fab'd in order for it to be fully stable..or you can use temporary zipties :boink:.

The words "ziptie" and "seatbelt" really shouldn't be used in teh same sentence tho... I'm hoping you just mean as a tensioner of some kind?

The zip-tie is used on the top hole of the seatbelt assembly to reach the top mounting hole in the b-pillar. Some s14 seabelts have the same problem being put in to a s13.

My sentiments exactly. Don't know why this is though, maybe has to do with with zenki vs kouiki. But it looks very similiar to the S14 seatbelts, and you can even use the bolts from the NX. Sorry, no camera for pics...but will try to get some.
