Ok Im sure this has been gone over but I couldnt find a direct answer...I just bought the factory foglamps for my 95...I found the harness behind the bumper but where do I go from here? Is there a harness behind the dash? If one is plugged in will this work? I know wiring fog lights is a no brainer and I could just rewire from scratch but would rather use the oem harness.....Any pics or links or just answers?
Once again dont flame me,I did a search and could not really find anything....lol..

I dont know if it makes a difference or not, but is your S14 an SE or base model? It may not have the connectors... Not real sure, so dont quote me. :)

if its a base model just plug up the fogs....go to http://garage.projectraine.com/ and look up fog light wiring in garage guides...
what i did is get the wire he states i think red/blue or (for some reason i think orange) and i hooked it up to the corner light so i can drive with my fogs lights and parking lights on (usually when its around 7-8 pm) looks cool..

Think about your question for a second. If the OE switch in on the column, where do you think the plug would be?
You could have also searched harder, I know for certain I've discussed this numerous times. Lights, switch, relay, all plug right in.

Get off the cock, I'm not ghey.
As for where the switch goes, you're telling us you've never seen another 240SX, or even an interior picture of one? I call bullshit. But even then, I did answer your question and you're still crying about it.

That is correct there "In house son of a bitch" ...I have never seen the inside of a 240sx with foglights...I am new to the world of the 240sx.. I have had this car for two years now and used it for nothing more then a work car... As of about two months ago I started modding it. So I guess the answer I am looking for is the switch harness must be tucked in the console housing..

No, thats an S13 foglight switch.
OEM s14 ones are on the turn signal stalk, so you will need to buy an SE one. ~100 bucks new from nissan.
You will also need the foglight relay that goes in the kick panel.

For future searching reference kouki foglights require another fuse in the engine bay.

Don't lie to the kid. OE retail on the switch is no more than $60. Dealer net is about $47.

why go through all that trouble and money i have a base and installed SE foglights and just wired them up to my corner lights. BAM every time my corner lights on they go on.
only reason you would want a switch is if
1. you want to drive with ONLY your fog lights on
2. you dont want your foglights on while your headlights are on
but in both these situations WHY...save the money and get something useful for the same price like steering rack bushings or subframe spacers....
plus it took me like 10 mins tops to do this mod

Oem setup doesnt allow foglights to be on without headlights.

Without a relay, you're going to eventually burn up the lighting switch. The parking circuit cannot handle the added current to run the foglights.
Secondly, the foglights come on with a switch, not with the headlights, so your second point is useless.
To properly run the foglights with the parking lights, you would rewire the relay, as has been discussed numerous times on here. Even then, you still use the OE switch, which again is less than $50 from any dealer and $30 or so used. Not $100 as mentioned above.

Zenki foglights on base model with OE wiring/functionality:
The *only* parts needed:
- Foglights
- Brackets (or fab your own)
- SE headlight switch - switch has ring on it to turn on/off the fogs, also has two connections on it versus the base model's one connection (sorry, don't know part number, link (http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=getLocator&siteid=214761&chapter=APF613&appSectionid=3&groupid=10009&subgroupid=20137&componentid=60712&make=25&model=240sx&year=1995&catalogid=1) get used, $30 from Russ)
- 1 relay - blue relay, just like the one for the AC (part number 25230-79981, link (http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=25230-79981&Category_Code=) pick up local or find on junk car, $5 from Russ)
Instructions:
Outside:
- Remove plastic covers from bumper
- Mount brackets
- Connect pre-wired plugs to lights
- Mount lights
- Pop relay into relay box under hood
Inside:
- Take off steering column covers
- Take out old headlight switch
- Connect old plug onto new switch
- Find pre-wired plug for foglights and connect to new switch
- Put everything back
Like Russ said, "Lights, switch, relay, all plug right in." Foglights only turn on when low beams are on and foglight switch is on. End of discussion.
