I just recovered my headliner in my S13. First time ever doing something like this. Let me know what you think. Not the best of pics, but...:

Color is graphite. Bought from stockinteriors.com...
While I was at it, I decided to cover my armrest with the same material and I think it turned out pretty nice:

Looks great. How much did you pay for all the supplies? I think after seeing this one, I'll do mine too.

Thanks all.
The plan was to make it look like a brand new stock headliner so I went with a color that would blend in with my interior, but look alot better than the color the stock headliner is.
I used heat-resistant headliner adhesive.
Total cost for material and adhesive was ~$30 (and I still have some material left over).
I should have did a write-up while doing it, but basically:
Rip off old headliner material.
Lay new material on top of headliner board and cut it about half an inch to an inch bigger than the board.
Set new material aside.
Spray adhesive all over the board.
Spray adhesive all over the material.
Lay new material on board making sure there are no wrinkles, fold the extra lengths on the end to the other side of the board.
Cut small X's into the holes for rear view mirror, interior lamp, etc.
Install and done.
Takes like 30 minutes, it's actually quite easy.
